2013 Ford Edge SE 3.5L
This Edge is VERY CLEAN for the miles. It drove and shifted perfectly. A/C is cold. The factory radio works like new. It even comes standard with Satellite Radio. It has Cloth seats and Carpet floorboards in very good condition.
It's 2WD with a 3.5L V-6 motor. I checked for leaks and smoke and their wasn't any. I also checked the oil for sludge and it was clean.

A Buyer's Premium will be added to the total winning bid price for each vehicle based on the chart below:
$1 - $2,499 = $250 $10,000 - $14,999 = $450
$2,500 - $4,999 = $300 $15,000 - $19,999 = $500
$5,000 - $7,499 = $350 $20,000 - $24,999 = $550
$7,500 - $9,999 = $400 $25,000 + = $600
A Refundable $500 Deposit per Vehicle will be added to the total. The Deposit will be refunded once payment has been completed and we have verified you have taken delivery of the vehicle.
The Deposit and Buyer Premium will be charged to the card on file immediately following the conclusion of the auction. In the event you do not take delivery of the vehicle, for any reason, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The Buyer Premium is non-refundable in either case.
Due to fraudulent cashier’s checks and money orders being a possibility, PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CLEARED BEFORE YOU CAN TAKE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE/EQUIPMENT.
In Texas, there is no ‘Cooling Off Period’, 72-hour option, or any other recourse. Even if you ‘change your mind’. At the conclusion of the auction (drop of the hammer), you are lawfully required to make payment for the goods and/or services won in the auction within the timeframe determined in these Terms and Conditions.

Vehicle Condition Report: When applicable, 409 Auctions has made every attempt to be accurate with the Vehicle Condition Report. However, it is possible other issues were not found or the vehicle’s condition could change from the date of inspection to actual delivery date. 409 Auctions, its subsidiaries, and employees are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information. For example, the miles at inspection will likely increase a reasonable amount before taking delivery.
Integrity: You, as a registered bidder in this auction, agree to purchase the listed vehicle(s) only through 409 Auctions and their website. Any attempt to bypass or ‘go around’ 409 Auctions and purchase the vehicle directly from the seller will result in a $900 non-refundable fine and permanent suspension from any further auctions/activity by 409 Auctions. In return, Sellers have signed a contract agreeing to honor the auction method of marketing for the vehicle(s) they have listed for the registered bidders in the auction. It is possible the seller may sell the vehicle to a non 409 Auctions customer before the auction closes. 409 Auctions agrees to make every attempt necessary to remove the vehicle prior to auction close. In the event a prior sold vehicle is not removed, the winning bidder will not be charged any fees, buyer premium, or deposit.
Removal/Pick-up: Within 5 Business Days (Monday thru Friday) following close of auction. Any exceptions/extensions will need to be arranged with the selling party. Make arrangements with selling facility to schedule title work, financing, and final payment.
409 Auctions and its employees reserve the right to Pause, Stop, Suspend, or Cancel any auction at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to modify, delete, or pause any or all lots at any time.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid debit or credit card.
You must be 18 years or older to bid in any auction. No Exceptions. Placing a bid by someone under the age of 18 violates state law and may be subject to prosecution.
PAYMENT TYPES: We accept Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Cash, or Funds from your Refundable Deposit. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. All payments totaling over $10,000.00 MUST be paid with a single cashier’s check or via wire transfer.

TAXES AND FEES: All purchases are subject to state sales tax, as well as other fees associated with the purchase of an automobile. The taxes and fees are NOT INCLUDED in the final bid price and will vary based on your state of residence and by seller. The taxes and fees are payable to the seller or financial institution loaning the money. If the automobile is owned by a licensed dealer, taxes and fees are payable to that dealer.
Any Bidder wishing to claim exemption must provide a copy of the dealer’s license within payment time frame as provided above, and the decision to accept the form is in the sole discretion of 409 Auctions and selling party.
Buyer Premium and Deposit will automatically be charged to the card on file at conclusion of auction for each winning bid. In the event the transaction does not complete, for any reason, and you do not take delivery of the vehicle, the Buyer Premium and Deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
Note: If the vehicle is not fully paid and removed by the removal/pick up deadline, and there is a discrepancy, NO REFUNDS will be issued. If vehicles are not removed by the deadline, bidder’s account will be suspended until removal is completed and all payments are finalized.
All vehicles are sold ‘AS-IS, WHERE IS’ without any warranty, expressed, or implied. Any available warranty must be in writing. Buyer should rely only on their own inspection and information. Vehicles will likely have scratches, dents, stains, rust, wear, defects, etc.
Any buyer discrepancy must be reported to 409 Auctions prior to closing of the auction.
